I am a busy working mother with twins. I was overwhelmed with keeping up with my house cleaning every weekend. It was taking a lot of time away from my children. I work during the week and definitely live for the weekends. I decided to hire a housekeeper to take the burden off my shoulders. I found Serranos Cleaning Services on Craigslist. I researched the internet and saw they had excellent reviews. My husband was reluctant t to spend any extra money on expenses such as hiring a housekeeper, but I told him this will give us more family time and a happy wife means a happy household. Plus, their prices are VERY reasonable and not overly priced like Molly Maid. Yesterday was their first cleaning at my house. When I came home from work I was excited to see how my house would look. I walked in and already smelled a clean house (I have 3 cats and 2 large dogs, therefore a clean smell is DEFINITELY nice to come home to). The bathrooms were absolutely spotless. They even cleaned around the base of the toilet, which a lot of people skip. The glass shower doors had zero residue on them. The sinks shined like they ve never shined before. The granite kitchen countertops no longer had that haze on them. Our stainless steel appliances no longer had fingerprints or streaks. I couldnt believe how clean the glass cooktop was! They must have a top notch vacuum because their vacuum fluffed up our carpet which felt so good on our bare feet. When my husband arrived he was skeptical at first, until he walked in the house and saw how clean it was. He gave me a big hug and told me he is totally on board now with having a housekeeper! I dont even clean as good as them, and Im picky clean! Thank you so much for the excellent service. I look forward to many days of coming home to pure bliss.
PACKAGE FIXED RATE
Price is based on tasks, and a general idea of basic vs deep. But since pictures were not sent, or seen in person there is a posibility the price may be updated due to the condition or size of the home. Price already has a discount to it based on the number of tasks, and extras you add on.
WHAT TO DO?
1. Make sure to pick up the home to help will keeping your price the same.
2. Assure to provide access on time
3. Provide payment upon arrival
4. Be available to return and check the home at the end of service
5. Tasks not written down are not included
6. Unable to select extra tasks like removal of soap scum, hard water, heavy grease to a basic cleaning quote (even if you choose it, your price will still have a increase of price the day of the cleaning.)
7. Organizing is not available, contact the business for a accurate quote.
8. Basic = Light dusting VS Deep = Wipe or scrub
9. Price is based on the city of Stockton if you are far or outside of this city there may be a city fee upon the phone call you'll recieve.
10. If hallway is not added, the hallways are not included.

Terms & Conditions for Cleaning Services
(Residential One-Time, Recurring, and Move-Out Cleanings)
Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is due before or at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept PayPal, debit, and credit card payments. No Checks.
A deposit may be required for:
-First-time customers
-One Time Cleanings
-Large or specialty bookings (e.g., Move-Out cleaning)
Recurring customers with a card on file are not required to pay a deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made by 3:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this time may result in loss of deposit. Serranos Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, unsafe environments, etc.).
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth cleaning experience, please:
-Provide timely access to the property at the scheduled time.
-Secure fragile or valuable items in advance.
-Disclose any special requirements, hazards, or concerns prior to service.
-Secure pets before the cleaning team arrives.
-Ensure water and electricity are available—failure to do so may result in additional charges.
-Provide payment on time for services.
Health & Safety
Cleaners may refuse service if the property is deemed hazardous (e.g., pest infestations, bodily fluids, excessive trash). Please notify us in advance of any health concerns or hazardous conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services with no refunds if cleaners are subjected to discrimination, harassment, or unsafe environments.
Notice of Price Change
The quoted price is valid for specified amount of days. If, upon arrival, our team finds the property in a condition different from what was originally assessed, the price may be subject to change. Any adjustments will be communicated and must be approved by the client before services begin. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the client chooses to decline services following a price adjustment. The deposit will be retained to cover scheduling, preparation, and lost time.
Liability & Damages
We are not liable for, Pre-existing damage, Normal wear and tear, Faulty fixtures, furniture, or poor home maintenance, Any damage believed to be caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service. Claims made after 24 hours may not be considered.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Flat-Rate Services (e.g., Move-Out, One-Time)
Not satisfied? Let us know within 24 hours, and well offer a re-clean where appropriate. Refunds are not issued once labor has been provided. Re-cleans are only available within 24 hours of service. Requests made after may be considered at our discretion.
Hourly Services
We do not guarantee all requested tasks will be completed, as it depends on the scope and condition. No refunds or re-cleans are provided for hourly services. If you prefer guaranteed coverage of specific areas, we recommend our flat-rate service.
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is:
Hazardous, unsanitary, or dangerous
Involves pest infestations or hazardous materials
If a customer or guest is inappropriately clothed
If harassment, racism, or discrimination is encountered
No refunds will be issued if service is refused for these reasons.
Non-Solicitation of Employees
Customers agree not to hire or solicit any current or former Serranos Cleaning Services staff for 2 years after employment ends.
Violations will result in a $2,500 fee to cover recruitment and training costs.
Confidentiality & Media Use
Your personal information (name, address, phone, email) is kept confidential and used solely for service coordination. We may take before-and-after photos to, document service completion, provide proof to clients or property managers, promote our cleaning results on our website or social media. These photos will not show personal belongings or identifying information and are focused on cleaning outcomes only. By using our service, you grant us permission to use such media for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No compensation will be provided.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

They do a wonderful job and are attentive to every little thing. The first time they came (for the deep cleaning) there were several of them and they spent hours. I was amazed when I saw how they cleaned everything, including my china cabinet, all the little pieces that needed dusting, all was spotless. I am totally pleased and would recommend.
They come between 11 and two, we had set up 11 but they are often a few hours later. I dont think of it as late, I think of it as they are very busy and I am sure dont know how long each job will take. If I had an issue with it I would talk to them but the time they come is not important to me. I only mention this because another reviewer said they were late several times, to me, 11 is an estimate, not a set time.
They are extremely sweet and always make the extra effort to make sure it looks amazing.
I highly recommend them.

I have been using Serranos for nearly two years and they do an amazing job! I was one of those people who was a little nervous about having my house cleaned by new people, but I am so thankful I found Serranos! They are very professional, they leave your house sparkling clean, they are very trustworthy, they even add their own little touches here and there which I love. We are busy people and thanks to Serranos my house is neat and clean at an affordable price. Since we hired them we have a lot more time to spend with our family, entertain friends, and enjoy life.
