Payment Terms
ONE TIME APPOINTMENTS: To secure an appointment, a deposit is required. We will provide a link for you to complete this deposit. The remaining balance can be paid online or in person on the day of your appointment. Full payment is due within 30 minutes of our team’s arrival. If payment is not received and you are absent, our team will depart. If you contact us after our team has left, a new deposit will be required, and it will not be deducted from your service total. We cannot guarantee same-day rescheduling. Furthermore, if you require our team to return, the new deposit will be higher than the original amount. A card processing fee will be added to all payments, including any surcharges. The deposit is non-refundable if you request services, our team arrives, and the service is subsequently canceled. 1) Please ensure your home is tidy before our arrival. Excessive clutter may result in an increased service price, and your deposit will not be refunded. 2) Please ensure you are available to provide our team with access to your home. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 3) If your home is not in good condition (e.g., clothing, items, or food on the floor; disorganized spaces), please provide photos of all rooms in advance." 4) Ensure water and electricity are avaiable on the day of services to avoid any surcharges.
