Terms and conditions Our goal in our business is to provide our customers with a good outcome on their services, experiances, and expectations. We look forward to providing our customers will the full attention they need. In order for us to do our upmost best, we only need the customer to help provide a easy access to there home on the day of the cleaning. This will alow for the customers and customers after you to have the best experiance with us. On top of access we also request for the customer to provide a picked up area of the rooms we will be providing services to. Any clothing, boxes, or food items on flat surfaces or on the floor should be picked up before we arrive. The customer may face a surcharge, if access is not provided on time, and or for the reasons of not picking up before the team arrives. We hope our customers also leave their pets in a safe place where the team will not be cleaning, to prevent any unexpected situations that may cause harm to the team, or the pet. PAYMENTS: All payments should be completed in a timly manner in order for a good experiance for the customer and for the business. All properties that are empty are always required to provide payment at the beginning of the service or in advance. CANCELATION: To prevent surcharges to your account, provide a ideal notice before 12pm a day before, if the customer provides a notice after this time frame, your deposit would be unrefundable. If you were not charged a deposit, any future appointments you schedule will require you to pay your services in advance. RECURRING SERVICES: Once your appointments are canceled or rescheduled your next visit may come to have a surcharge or a change of serivce type. Example: if you have a service of every 2 weeks, but you cancel 1 visit, your following visit will be charged as a every 4 week service and then return back to every 2 week charge. The same example can be used for the every 4 weeks, changing to the cost similar to your first time basic cleaning for surpassing a 4 week service. UPDATES: Any updates or changes must be provided with a 24 hour notice to be able to update the team, schedule and any unexpected time frame overlaping current and future appointments. If provided without a 24/hr notice any price provided to you may increase more than 40% from the original quote due to the inconviance of requesting changes last min.
