Payment Terms and Conditions (Zelle or Cash Only)

Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Accepted Payment Methods  
   Payments are accepted only through Zelle or cash. No other payment methods (such as checks, credit cards, or third-party apps) are accepted at this time.

2. **Payment Due Date
   Payment is due on the same day of service** — immediately after the job is completed and before the cleaning team leaves the property.  

3. Late or Delayed Payments 
   If payment is not received on the same day, a late fee of $25 will automatically apply.  
   Payments received more than 24 hours after the service date may incur an additional 5% service fee per day until the balance is fully paid.

4. No Refund Policy
   All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been completed. If any issues arise, customers must contact Ramirez K Cleaning Services corporation  within 24 hours for review or re-clean consideration.

5. Zelle Payment Details 
   When paying via Zelle, please send payments to the official Ramirez K Cleaning Services corporation   account listed on your invoice or booking confirmation.  
   - Include your name, service address, and date of cleaning in the payment note.  
   - The company is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong account.

6. Cash Payments
   Cash must be handed directly to the team lead or office-approved representative. A digital receipt will be issued upon request.

7. Unpaid Balances 
   Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services, additional fees, and potential collection actions.
